Donations Exceeding $500

​By Cheque/Mail:

• The cheque should be made out to: Community Foundation of Nova Scotia.
• Please include "A Home of Their Own" in the memo line.
• ​Their mailing address is #819 - 1888 Brunswick Street, Halifax, NS, B3J 3J8.​​

​By E-Transfer/EFT:

• The e-transfer email to use is: [email protected]
• The donor may set the security question and answer. Please send a separate email to Beth, our accountant, at the same email as above to provide the answer to the security question. In this email, the donor should also provide the mailing address to which the tax receipt will be mailed later on.
• It is important that a note about where the donation is to be directed be included in the message field of the e-transfer This will ensure that the funds go to the correct fund. It should read something like this: “My donation is for “A Home of their Own” Fund”
